We Are all Natural Born Yogis

The moment you are born into this life, you are on a path. It's the path of yoking your soul to your body-mind union. Religion has given us many ways of looking at this. No matter how you say it, the message is the same. Be healthy in mind and body, then the soul can shine through as your guide. Knowing your ego's desires from your souls calling is knowing the God in you. This is why we practice mindfulness.

Thanks to all the amazing souls who have so tirelessly faced the truth and lived it out loud in their lifetimes before us and now have struck a cord or, you might say caused a ripple of awakening. Selfishness and greed are our downfalls. The path is full of religions, stories, and guides to help each person find what resonates for them. To condemn one is to condemn all paths. Knowing the God in you is living in the compassion of the truthseekers. So many new and old such as Nelson Mandela, Malala Yousafzai, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, The Buddha, Christ, Guru Nanak. Each has a unique way of being and saying and explaining the path to others. Times have changed but the truth of being a compassionate person is still constant.  How we employ this knowledge with the changing times is a worthwhile struggle.
